I have the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable or I can't bring the best in them.

You'll receive watermarked works through your e-mail, I will send an unwatermarked version upon request . Please save the files as I may delete them in the future. If I am no longer in possession of the works and you have not saved or have lost the files, refunds will not be issued.

I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment, and nothing created by me or in collaboration with me may be used in any blockchain, NFT or cryptocurrency technology.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

Adoptables and designs are for personal use only. For commercial use, please refer to the Commercial Use below

My adoptables and designs will not be allowed to be used for any blockchain or crypto technology, including but not limited to NFT’s

My adoptables and designs will not be allowed to be used with AI technology or used as for AI Art learning technology. Users found to be submitting said works will be permanently and publicly blacklisted at my own discretion.

Purchasing any adoptables and designs will only grant you partial rights and a limited licence to the rights to use the design/s.

You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.

You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

You may not claim my work as your own.

It is recommended to upload a smaller, watermarked version of the piece as to avoid any unwarranted image and character theft.

You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays:

Avatars and icons

Device wallpapers for phones, tablets, laptops and/or computers

Personal website, profile or character displays (ie. Toyhouse or Notion for gallery purposes)

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your personal use only (ie. NOT for sale).

You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this ToS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

These clients are permitted to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (via e-mail). If an artwork has been sent with my watermark, it is mandatory to be kept.

You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made by me by creating a copy image with your name added as well (ie. through a watermark) when uploading on external sites.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

Co-owning will not be permitted for designs that are a part of any Personal Projects

Designs are only for personal use

The winner to any designs made by myself, another artist or a Guest Artist may only retain rights to the ownership of the design

Respective artists retain the rights to their intellectual property a.k.a the design concept and their art

Credit for the design must always go to the respective artist/s on any platform

Please credit @_mintbunnn as the creator and the respective artist/s as the designer

Uploading and posting on social media

Use the design and artwork for promotional purposes

Upload the design and artwork to their portfolio

Claim intellectual property and copyrights to the design and artwork

Own the rights to use the design

Create their own story and information for the adopt, to be used in roleplay or other personal projects

Create an AU, including other projects and species

Upload and use for banner, icons, decor on social media platforms, as long as it’s not for profit

Resize and watermark for protection

Create merch only for non-profit and personal use

Minor adjustments as long as original artwork is recognizable

Edit, change or modify the original artwork sell the adopt at higher price than what it was initially bought for

Claim outright ownership of the design and artwork

Claim the IP rights to the design and artwork

Remove the respective artist’s watermark or signature;

Use the art to create products to sell

Trace the design and sell it as your own

Once I've started sketching, I can only refund 60% of the payment.

Once I've started lining, I can only refund 40% of the payment.

Once I've started coloring, I can only refund 20% of the payment.

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" that is purchased by you, the Client.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the client, to be physically shipped to them.

I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.

Major revisions will be charged

It might take me more than a month to finish a piece but I will be updating you 1-2 times a week.

My process might be slow depending on how many things I’m working on or how busy my schedule is.

If you want to set a deadline, please give me 5-6 months time before the deadline.
